We're looking at "Accordion" cards this week of which there are many forms. I've used some of the lovely new stamps from Woodware's new design team  "Aspects of Design". To make the card blank take 2 A4  sheets of  card & fold both 3 times using the DL score line. Now lay the card flat (landscape) measure 4" up the side from the bottom & cut from this point to the top diagonal corner. Do this with both pieces & glue one middle section behind the other to form the centre of the card. I have stamped the Script stamp with Versafine & then stamped the poppy over the top before colouring with Tombow pens on the outer panels. For the inner panels I've just stamped the poppies with Versafine. The middle section has been covered with paper & the sentiment from "Happiness Is.." has been stamped with Graphite Black on top. The poppies on this section have been stamped, coloured & cut out. I have covered the backs of the sections which will be seen with paper. The butterflies have been punched from some card which has been sponged with Brilliance Pearlescent Poppy & some dots of Liquid Peals "Copper Pearl" added. I've attached a length of Olive organza ribbon so that when the card is closed it can be prettily tied. Here are some more views of the card
