Our theme this week is "Inspired by the Countryside" & it's a "buy one get one free" week from me again! For the main design I must admit it was a technique I saw on Pinterest & decided to adapt it to fit this theme. I was very pleased with the result & can see it being trotted out again for demos etc. It's very easy to do, simply start by punching a 2" square from scrap card & using this as a template to cut a square from "Cling Too" stamp mounting sheet. you could die cut the mounting sheet if you have a suitable die. Use this to stamp squares of colour onto your design as it will cling nicely to an acrylic block. I've used Versafine onyx Black to stamp Jane Gill's new "Into the Woods" on the top of the squares. I've added a wiggly line with a Micron pen around the edges of the design & the sentiment comes from the same set. Simply mount onto a 6 x 6 green card blank.

This design came when I was playing around with ideas. It's stamped onto a background created from Tombow pens & rock salt. The sentiment comes from "You Are" by Francoise Read& the design is mounted onto a white linen DL card blank.
